Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Kaomoji Keyboard – Face Emoji, Emoticon (the “Application”). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.
1. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (Annual Membership)
The Application offers Premium features accessible via an auto-renewable subscription on an annual basis.
- Subscription Title & Term: Premium Annual Membership (1-Year Duration).
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the annual billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Account Charging: Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current annual price.
- Subscription Management: You can manage, modify, or cancel your auto-renewable subscription at any time after purchase by going to your Apple ID Account Settings on your iOS device (Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions).
2. Refunds, Cancellation, and Billing
All financial transactions, payment processing, and billing are handled exclusively by Apple Inc. via the App Store.
- No Direct Refunds: The developer does not have access to your billing details and cannot process or issue refunds directly.
- Refund Requests: Any requests for refunds must be submitted directly through Apple’s official support channels (such as reportaproblem.apple.com) and are subject entirely to Apple’s App Store refund policies.
- Immediate Termination: Deleting the Application from your device does not automatically cancel your annual subscription. You must manually cancel it through your Apple ID Account Settings.
3. Changes to the Terms
The developer reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason at their sole discretion without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being published on this page. Your continued use of the Application following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The developer does not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from bugs.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Application.
