Welcome to Kaomoji Keyboard – Face Emoji, Emoticon (the “Application”). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.
1. In-App Purchases, “Lifetime” Access, and Store Removal
The Application offers a one-time “Lifetime” purchase option to unlock Pro features.
- Definition of “Lifetime”: The term “Lifetime” refers exclusively to the operational lifespan of the Application itself, not the lifetime of the purchaser or any human being. It means you will have access to the Pro features for as long as the Application is actively maintained, updated, and made commercially available by the developer on the Apple App Store.
- No Guarantee of Permanence: The developer provides no guarantee, warranty, or representation that the Application or its Pro features will be available indefinitely, forever, or for any specific minimum duration.
- Removal from the App Store: The developer shall not be held liable or responsible under any circumstances if the Application is removed, suspended, or deleted from the Apple App Store, whether such removal is done voluntarily by the developer, requested by Apple Inc., or caused by any other reason.
- Termination of Service & No Refunds: The developer reserves the absolute, unilateral right to discontinue, shut down, suspend, or terminate the Application, its servers, or its features at any time. In the event of such discontinuance, termination, or removal from the App Store, absolutely no refunds, partial refunds, financial compensation, or alternative access will be provided for the “Lifetime” purchase. All sales are final.
2. Refunds and Billing
All financial transactions and billing are handled exclusively by Apple Inc. via the App Store. The developer has no control over payments, billing cycles, or transaction processing. Any requests for refunds must be submitted directly through Apple’s official support channels and are subject to Apple’s refund policies. The developer cannot and will not issue refunds directly.
3. Changes to the Terms
The developer reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason at their sole discretion without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being published within the Application or on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Application following the posting of any changes constitutes absolute acceptance of those changes.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The developer does not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from bugs or viruses.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
